Atomic Cowlick is an online clothing and accessories retailer that aims to provide a fun and engaging shopping atmosphere for you. We do this by requesting your feedback, reviews and asking you to vote on potential inventory, all with the intention of running an apparel business that you are a part of. We also strive to provide high quality and cost effective options by letting you decide the style of shirt for each design. Whether you choose a long sleeve shirt, burnout/tissue style, ½ sleeve, or the basic tee, we guarantee you will be happy with your selection.

Meet the Atomic Cowlick team

Rebecca McElroy - Owner & Founder

Even at a young age, intrepid Atomic Cowlick founder, Rebecca McElroy, was an aspiring fashionista, creatively pairing onesies and diapers with aplomb. Growing up in Southern California, she traveled to central Mexico for inspiration and spent her spare time in art and photography classes. Once in the “real” world, she found herself in the conservative business environment, where she honed her talent of bringing edge to her outfits. By adding a slash of red lipstick and amazing heels to textured tights and chunky accessories, she found a way to spice up any basic suit. It is in this spirit of edge, personality, art and a love for feminine detail, that Rebecca founded Atomic Cowlick. Here, on these pages, she hopes to help readers build a foundation for expressing their own individual style.

Originally from San Diego, California, Rebecca melds vintage and edgy fashion together in order to create a unique style. She’s making it her mission to help women with their own personal style, and Atomic Cowlick is just the beginning. Here on Atomic Cowlick, Rebecca will create a forum where women of all ages, backgrounds and professions can create a unique personal style by merging vintage finds and current items with an edgy, and cost-saving flare.

Patches Dowey - Creative Consultant

Patches currently works with Atomic Cowlick as the Creative Consultant and is involved with certain aspects of photo shoots, special projects and participating on the Atomic Style Committee. With her strong visually creative eye, she provides a great resource for company productions spanning from hair, make-up and visual concepts. Patches not only provides overwhelming support to Atomic Cowlick, but she also makes one of a kind artistic jewelry and is often asked to create elaborate pieces by special order.

Will Davis - Guest Photographer

Our talented photographer and dear friend, Will Davis, is an award winning photographer located in the North Carolina area and specializes in commercial portraiture and wildlife photography. Will's images express his unique and perceptive views of his subjects. His imagination is second only to his compositional skill and he never fails to produce outstanding images that encapsulate an artistic insight, a powerful depth of character and sometimes even a sense of humor.

The Atomic Cowlick models that are in the photos shown are Lewis Betts, Madison Meagher, Faith McCoy, Jana Angel, Emilee Behrendt, Courtney Peele Ritch, Stephanie Princip, Ryan Moseley, Aldo Gibran, John "Bagels" Telford, and Billy Dowey.
